Customer Satisfaction Questionnaire
Every year, PFÂ Olsen sends a client satisfaction questionnaire to its clients. This is important to us as it enables us to gauge our performance at meeting your needs.
We send out different questionnaires for forest and harvest clients consisting of ten questions that focus on what is important to you, how well we have met your needs and where we can improve our service to you.
Our CEO, Peter Clark, is provided with a report that gives a summary of the current year's results and benchmarks it against the previous year.
We send out the questionnaires in May and November of each year, but only to clients who have had jobs completed within six months prior to these dates. The questionnaire takes no more than ten minutes to complete. A postage paid return envelope is included. Upon receipt of the completed survey, we will send you an acknowledgement letter and a copy of the latest Forestry Facts and Figures.
Further, every returned survey will go into a draw to win a $200 Visa Prezzy Card drawn in July and January.
