Chief Executive OfficerRoss joined PF Olsen in 1995 after graduating from the University of Canterbury with a Bachelor of Forestry Science degree. He began his career with PF Olsen in Blenheim as a forestry supervisor and assistant in our seed orchard. He then moved to Rotorua where he undertook a consulting role and has gained valuable experience and knowledge from PF Olsen's company founders and other talented staff. In his prior role Ross managed the Central North Island forestry team and has worked with staff throughout the business. Ross has been a company director since 2011 and CEO from May 2020.

Independent DirectorGraeme joined the PF Olsen Board in 2007. He is a qualified biochemical engineer and worked initially in the pharmaceutical and brewing industries before joining the New Zealand Dairy Board where he worked both nationally and abroad in various executive roles. Graeme has been a professional director for over 20 years and is currently the Chairman of PF Olsen Group Holdings Ltd.

Quayside appointed DirectorHenare joined the PF Olsen Board in 2023. An experienced Chartered Accountant, Henare (Ngati Porou, Te Whanāu ā Apanui, Ngāi Tahu) brings regional, cultural, environmental and economic mātauranga (knowledge) to PF Olsen. Henare has held notable positions across forestry and iwi organisations, providing a strong footing for this Directorship with PF Olsen Group.As well as working with various multinational boards, Henare held Directorships with Nāti Growth Ltd and other group entities and is now the CEO of Nāti Growth, which is responsible for managing the financial assets of Ngāti Porou iwi, pursuing the delivery of sustainable economic growth for the benefit of Ngāti Porou and the Tairawhiti region, with the belief that Māori governance operates within a broad ecosystem with a focus on ratonga (service) and long-term impact - the understanding that we may not enjoy the shade from a tree that we plant today, but our mokopuna will.

Lyndon has a strong focus on stakeholder engagement and strategy, previously holding the role of General Manager - Finance and Investments at Tainui Group Holdings, as well as senior executive roles at BNZ and Rabobank. As CEO of Quayside Holdings, Lyndon is responsible for driving the delivery of the strategic objectives, ensuring the advancement of a diversified fund that generates long-term returns that support the growth and prosperity of the Bay of Plenty region.
