To recognise 18 months of no lost-time injuries, PF Olsen and OTPP (forest owner) sent grocery vouchers to the families of contractors. The vouchers were sent directly to the recipient's home address to allow family members to be part of the acknowledgement.

This process increased the trust and cooperation between management and staff allowing everyone to recognise that they can make a difference every day.
