At PF Olsen, we are committed to responsible forest and land management that meets high environmental, social, and economic standards. We support sustainable forestry through:
Forest Stewardship Council (FSC®) certification is an internationally recognised, independent certification system that promotes environmentally appropriate, socially beneficial, and economically viable management of the world’s forests. We manage two FSC Group Schemes, which enable forest owners and managers to achieve certification under a shared framework. Certification provides access to key domestic and international markets, the potential for price premiums, and independent assurance that operations meet robust sustainability standards. Through our FSC Group Schemes, our forest management certification also supports downstream businesses – such as wood processors – by strengthening the integrity and traceability of certified products from the forest to market.
The Standard FMP applies to all forestry operations. Site-specific information & requirements are set out in Specific FMPs.
