Customer Satisfaction Survey

Different surveys are sent out for harvesting and forestry management customers, consisting of eleven questions that focus on what is important to them, how well PF Olsen have met these needs and where PF Olsen can improve its service.


The results of the survey are anonymously collated and benchmarked against previous years’ results and focus areas for improvement identified and incorporated into the company business plan. The results are also distributed to all staff, so that everyone has a thorough understanding of PF Olsen’s customer expectations.


The 2017 results identified that safety is the most important expectations for customers with PF Olsen scoring highly in meeting these expectations. Key focus areas for improvement were identified in business documentation and reporting.
