PF Olsen Welcomes New Team Members

Aaron BashnickAaron Bashnick joined PF Olsen's Gisborne team as a harvest supervisor on 28 April. Aaron is a recent graduate forest engineer from Canterbury University and has recently returned from a gap year travelling through North America and Asia.

Campbell HarveyCampbell Harvey has rejoined PF Olsen's Christchurch team after a brief OE in the southwest U.S. Campbell is a recent engineering forestry graduate from Canterbury University and will be assisting with the harvest of windthrow in the Canterbury region.

Gavin HurfordGavin Hurford commenced with PF Olsen (Greymouth) on 5th May after returning to New Zealand from North Queensland where he worked for Elders Forestry managing its high-value tropical timber estate. His return to New Zealand follows the sale of the company's assets in the region. Gavin completed his Forestry Science degree at University of Canterbury in 2000. His interests include hunting, fishing, tramping, running and cycling. 

Michael SmithMichael Smith started with PF Olsen on 12 May as the Logistic Coordinator, based in Rotorua. Michael has a background in farming, accounting, wood processing, and forestry and lives on a lifestyle block in Ngakuru, Rotorua. Michael's hobbies include cooking and butchery.
