As a business that is committed to providing exceptional service in every area of the forestry life cycle, we are always looking for skilled, enthusiastic, energetic people to enhance our growing team.

Because we offer such a wide spectrum of services, we have a diverse range of career opportunities with plenty of room for advancement and personal growth.

Our graduate programme is the perfect example: each year we aim to onboard up to 3 new graduates. Many of today's senior leadership team have grown into their roles from this avenue, including our CEO who started as a forestry supervisor 20 years ago.

  • PF Olsen fosters and develops young blood into the industry, and the Graduate Program has been developed with this in mind. It provides graduates with a broad overview of all aspects of the forestry industry and provides a solid platform to launch their careers from.
  • PF Olsen is an inclusive organisation, and graduates with the appropriate qualification are always considered for the program, irrespective of age, gender, ethnicity, religion or sexual orientation.
  • The purpose of our programme is to give graduates exposure to the overall business rather than a focus on a particular area, and to address workforce and diversity planning needs by recruiting skilled and enthusiastic people from a variety of backgrounds.
  • The program is open to graduates with a forestry, environmental management or agricultural degree, from NZ and Australian universities or polytechnics. Application from graduates outside these speciality fields are considered on a case by case basis.
